Adapter card does not fit due to wrong expansion slot selection.
Cause:
The adapter card requires another type of expansion slot.
Solution:
Insert the adapter card into an empty expansion slot that entire edge connector of the card fits into.
NOTE: Contact next-level support or a qualified computer technician, if there are no empty expansion slots that match the adapter card.
WARNING: Electrical shock hazard! Make sure the power is turned off and the external power cables have been disconnected before removing the computer cover.

1) Remove the computer cover.
2) Determine the expansion slot type for the adapter card.
3) Align the adapter card parallel with an empty slot matching the card, and gently insert the card into the slot.
CAUTION: Keep the card vertical while inserting it into an expansion, and be careful not to bend the adapter card. Bending the adapter card can damage the circuitry.
4) Follow the instructions in the adapter card manual for proper installation.
5) Reconnect the external bay unit power cord.
6) Replace the computer cover, and turn on the computer.
